About this Episode

Hecz, the longtime CEO of OpTic Gaming, hasn't been in full control of the OpTic brand since it was sold in 2017 to Infinite Esports and Entertainment. That changed today. Hecz has OpTic back and the Chicago Huntsmen will be changed to Chicago OpTic. As we look towards CDL season 2, suddenly we have a landscape more familar to Call of Duty fans. Nadeshot and the Thieves in LA; Hecz, NRG and OpTic in Chicago; Atlanta Esports Ventures and FaZe in ATL; Hastr0 and Envy in Dallas. Combine that with growing brands around the Subliners, Rokkr and Mutineers and suddenly we've got a strong league on our hands. Watch Hecz' announcement video on Twitter.
